Step 1: Prepare your teeth

Step 4: Whiten for 30 minutes

Leave the upper and lower strips in place for approximately 30 minutes. Do not eat, drink, smoke or chew gum while wearing them.

Step 5: Remove and rinse

Remove and discard the strips, then rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.

Step 6: Repeat as directed
