SHIPPING | DOMESTIC
Shipping charges are based on order weight and size. Any orders placed for delivery to the United States are shipped using US Postal Service Ground Advantage (2-7 days), Priority (2-3 days), Express (1-3 days) or UPS Ground (2-5 days) with a tracking number emailed to the customer upon shipment.
Orders are processed 5 days a week and most orders will ship within 3-7 business days of purchase.
Orders including a high-intensity lamp have a mandatory 7-business day hold before shipment. This does not not include shipping times once the parcel is dispatched. If there is a delay in our ability to ship the order you will be contacted via email.
We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the shipping service.
SHIPPING | INTERNATIONAL
Shipping charges are based on order weight and size. Any orders placed for delivery outside the United States are shipped using UPS Global Express (3-5 days transit time, based on location) with a tracking number emailed to the customer upon shipment.
Any customs fees or taxes associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs authorities require businesses to state the value of the item directly onto the package.
Orders are processed 5 days a week and most orders will ship within 3-7 business days of purchase.

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER POLICY
If an invalid address is provided to us, import tax is not paid, or package is refused/forgotten for any other reason, UPS or USPS will return the package to our offices. You will be contacted by a customer service representative to arrange for reshipment at your expense. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable as UPS and USPS do not reimburse us for "return to sender" packages. Once the postage is paid in full, the package will be re-shipped.
SHIPPING BUSINESS PACKAGES & PROFESSIONAL LAMPS
When ordering a Professional Business Package or Professional Teeth Whitening Lamp, we only ship these items to the customer's billing address.
If a different shipping address is entered at checkout:
- A customer service representative will contact you immediately to confirm shipment to the billing address.
- You have the opportunity to refuse this change, at which point the order will be cancelled and refunded.
- Upon confirmation of this change via written reply, the order will proceed to fulfillment.
Professional Business Package or Professional Teeth Whitening Lamp have a minimum 7-business day hold before shipment is completed.
RETURNS
Returns are only available for items delivered within the United States. Returns are not available on items delivered internationally. Items must be in original, unopened packaging (sealed plastic may not be tampered with). Customer may return for exchange or store credit within 30 days of shipment delivery date. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and returns may not be made for a refund.
The following items are not available for return:
- Items which sealed plastic packaging has been opened, cut, torn or tampered with
- Blue Lightning Mouth Rinse
To returns items for exchange or store credit:
1. Email us at info@thewhiteningstore.com within 30 days of shipment delivery. Include original order number in the email title. Detail items you wish to return and reason. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons.
2. Do not ship items until communication with Returns Department is initiated. The purchaser is responsible for the cost to return items and must purchase their own shipping label with s service that can provide tracking of the parcel(s). After authorization is given, ship unopened items along with a copy of the original invoice to:
3. A customer service representative will contact you via email when items have been reviewed. After confirming items are in unopened packaging, exchange or store credit will be issued. Items returned with opened packaging will be held for 30 days, and discarded. We are not responsible for mailing opened or prohibited merchandise back to the purchaser.
