The Whitening Store's Response to COVID-19

Our hearts go out to all of those who have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak. The safety and health of our community, including our loyal customers and employees, is of utmost importance to us.

We know that our customers rely on our operations and products to keep their businesses thriving. All of our distribution centers are open at this time to provide you with the products and customer service that you have come to rely on.

We have created a comprehensive plan to protect all of our employees. We are making sure to follow all recommended guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in their Interim Guidance for Business and Employers. We are emphasizing employees staying home if sick, using respiratory etiquette, and appropriate hand hygiene. Where employees are able to work remotely, we are having them do so.

We will continue shipping all orders received. If your order processing takes longer than expected (2-4 days for most products, 10 days for packages, and professional lamps), we kindly ask that customers refrain from commenting about orders on our Instagram or Facebook posts.
