These pens are wonderful! I do have custom trays, but the pen is much easierand less messy. You have complete control using the applicator. I do have sensitivity problem, but as long as I don'tapply the gel too close thegumline, no problem. Only took a few applications to see a huge difference.
I've been using the pen with my Invisalign trays and it puts the exact amount of gel needed to fill the forms without oozing out. My dentist is the one who recommended this because they only had kits and I just needed the gel. It has a slightly peroxide smell but I think that's normal. So far my teeth are getting whiter.
