  1. Apply a thin bead of remineralizing gel inside the mouth tray. A small amount is sufficient.
  2. Place the tray over your teeth and gently position it for a comfortable fit.
  3. Wear the tray for 5–30 minutes.
  4. Remove the tray and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
  5. Rinse the tray with cool or lukewarm water, allow it to dry completely, and store it in the provided case.
  6. Avoid brushing your teeth for at least 1 hour after use.

Tip: Do not overfill the tray. Using too much gel can cause excess product to spread onto the gums.
