TO USE:

STEP 1: Remove White in Minutes® mouth tray and whitening light from plastic packaging.

STEP 2: Place the whitening light into the two holes in the front of the mouth tray.

STEP 3: Apply a thin bead of White in Minutes® teeth whitening gel into the top and bottom impressions. Place tray into mouth and whiten teeth for 20 – 60 minutes. The time needed is dependent on desired results and tooth sensitivity level.

STEP 4: Once the whitening process is complete, remove the tray, separate the light from the mouth tray and rinse the entire tray with warm water, removing any residual whitening gel. Store your White in Minutes® teeth whitening tray and light in a mouth tray case. Remove any saliva or gel from the whitening light with a cloth or swab.
