In the teeth whitening process, use Vitamin E swabs to coat gums and lips with a protective barrier from teeth whitening gel. To Use: Hold swab vertically with the red line at the top. Snap swab at red line; vitamin E will flow down through the channel to the opposite end. Apply liberally to lips and gums. Discard after use.

They are hard for me to open because I have limited mobility from arthritis maybe better for people who can pull apart small things
I use the Vitamin E swabs on my gums after at-home teeth whitening. I believe I do not have sore or irritated gums after whitening, because I use these swabs after each treatment. They feel very soothing and are easy to use. The price is reasonable.
