How To Use Desensitizing Gel
STEP 1 - Remove cap from desensitizing gel syringe.
STEP 2 - Apply a thin bead of desensitizing gel to a mouth tray. Place mouth tray in mouth and leave for 5 – 30 minutes. Use of a whitening light with this product is not necessary.
STEP 3 - Remove mouth tray and rinse mouth and mouth tray thoroughly with water.
The desensitizing process may be repeated regularly.
Store desensitizing gel in a cool dark place. Refrigeration is not necessary. This product has a 12-month shelf life from date of purchase.

Expert Tips
Apply a thin layer.
A small, even bead of gel inside the tray is all that's needed. Using more gel won't improve comfort and may cause excess gel to reach the gums.
Target the sensitive teeth.
If only certain teeth are sensitive, apply gel only to those areas instead of filling the entire tray.
Use after whitening sessions.
For best results, apply desensitizing gel immediately after whitening or anytime temporary sensitivity develops.
Wear for up to 30 minutes.
Mild sensitivity may improve after just a few minutes, while more noticeable sensitivity may benefit from a full 30-minute treatment.
Keep a syringe on hand.
Many experienced whitening users keep desensitizing gel available so they can treat sensitivity as soon as it occurs rather than waiting for it to worsen.
Didn't use this with whitening but my dentist told me about this company and stood behind their products. It seems to work much better than fluoride toothpaste, you do need a tray to leave it on your teeth so if you dont have invisalign trays you may need to buy one. Otherwise very happy with this product as it helped me a lot.
I bought these to go along with my kit and used them a few times after wards. I do notice it helps with my teeth but not sure i needed them. maybe for people with more sensitive teeth than me.
I bought one of their home kits and I have really sensitive teeth which I already knew. I purchased this at the same time and after I'm done whitening I clean out my tray and put this in there and it really helps with how sensitive my teeth feel afterward. I saw that can be used with or without teeth whitening so I started using it on a weekly basis and it's really helped my teeth on a general sense.
Using this after whitening my clients teeth really helped with sensitivity. Even though I'm a pro, anybody at home could use this in their tray after teeth whitening. And- SO AFFORDABLE! Two thumbs up five stars!!!
