Thermoforming (Boil) Teeth Whitening Trays

Thermoforming teeth whitening mouth trays (also known as boil-and-bite) are perfect for teeth whitening at home. Heat-forming mouth trays require warm water and a tiny bit of elbow grease to form directly to your teeth. 

Each package includes 1 top tray and 1 bottom tray, along with simple instructions. One size fits most smiles. Thermoforming mouth trays are made of polymer.

TO USE:

STEP 1: Remove thermoforming mouth trays from plastic packaging.

STEP 2: Bring a pot of water to a light boil. Submerge 1 mouth tray into water for up to 5 seconds or until the mouth tray begins to wilt slightly. Keeping the tray submerged for too long will cause to to shrink and/or be unusable.

STEP 3: Place mouth tray into your mouth, pressing it against the front of your top teeth with your fingers and the back of your teeth with your tongue. Let tray cool and form to teeth fully before removing. Repeat with the other tray on your bottom teeth. You will only need to conduct this procedure once.

STEP 4: Cut holding tabs of the mouth trays so that you can close your mouth completely when the mouth trays are in your mouth.

STEP 5: After impressions are in place, apply a thin bead of teeth whitening gel into the top and bottom impressions. Place trays back into mouth and whiten teeth for 20 – 60 minutes. The time needed is dependent on desired results and tooth sensitivity level. White in Minutes teeth whitening gel will effectively whiten teeth with or without a teeth whitening light.

STEP 6: Once the whitening process is complete, remove the trays and rinse the entire tray with warm water, removing any residual whitening gel. Store your silicon whitening tray in a mouth tray case.
