Yes. Our whitening strips are formulated to be enamel-safe and gentle, making them a great option for individuals with healthy teeth who experience mild sensitivity.

Unlike harsher whitening products, our dry-strip technology helps minimize irritation while still delivering noticeable results.

If you have a history of sensitivity, we recommend starting with shorter wear times and gradually increasing as your teeth adjust. Incorporating a remineralizing treatment into your oral care routine is also proven to minimize sensitivity.

Results from our whitening strips can last several months, depending on your lifestyle and daily habits. Many customers enjoy a noticeably brighter smile for 3–6 months before needing touch-ups.

STEP 1: Floss and brush your teeth gently without toothpaste.

STEP 2: With clean, dry hands, tear open foil pouch and peel lower strip from the liner.

STEP 3: Apply the sticky gel side to the front of your bottom teeth, lining whitening strip up with the edge of your gums. Fold over the remainder of the strip to back side of teeth. Repeat process with upper strip.

STEP 4: After 30 minutes, gently peel off upper and lower strips. Dispose of strips and rinse mouth with water. Repeat process once per day for 14 days.  If sensitivity occurs, use whitening strips every other day until process is complete.

Do not swallow plastic strips. Do not eat, drink, sleep, or smoke while wearing teeth whitening strips.

Store in a cool, dry place.
