DIRECTIONS
Hold swab vertically with the red line at the top. Snap swab at red line; vitamin E will flow down through the channel to the opposite end. Apply liberally to lips and gums. Discard after use.

They are hard for me to open because I have limited mobility from arthritis maybe better for people who can pull apart small things
