I've used whitening gel for years but this was the first one I had start burning immediately. I left in on for 20 minutes hoping the burning would stop and by the time my timer went off, I had forgotten about it. My gums are white in some places, I mean really white, like blisters. They are sore today. The package says your gums might be sore up to 24 hours. I don't think this is for me. I can see that my teeth are whiter but not sure that the burning gums are healthy.

Some poeple find that whitening formuals are too strong for their tooth senstivity level, while other may experience that the gel is too strong for their skin sensitvity level. A team member will reach out to you via email about trying a lower strength gel that may work better.
There is no difference between this and what I got from my dentist. I like it a lot.
