How To Use

Apply a thin strip of whitening gel along the inner front surface of a whitening tray. Less is more!
Place tray into mouth, press gently to teeth, recline and relax for 20-60 minutes.
When whitening session is complete, remove tray and swish with water. Clean excess gel from tray and store gel in pouch for next use.

Quick results and I always get compliments about how white my teeth are!

The product worked but it burned my gums.

The first time I used the whitener, I used it sparingly and I don’t think it did anything. So the next day I made sure to apply more of the whitener and I believe I overfilled my mouthguard. As I sat on the couch I could feel the product stinging my gums, but I managed through it (or so I thought). It turns out that I burned my gums and was unable to brush my teeth for a week without experiencing severe gum pain. The good news is that after a week, I continued to use the whitener successfully. I was more careful with the amount I applied, and it did a nice job whitening my teeth. I would recommend the product, but if you apply too much, make sure you wipe it from your gums quickly.

Your input is very helpful for other users. Although we never want to hear about gum irritation, we are happy you figured out the 'sweet spot' on how much gel to use. To protect your gums, consider applying some Vitamin E oil before whitening.

Just didn't do it for me. Thinking I used straight hydrogen peroxide, not carbamide last time.
