- Apply a thin strip of whitening gel along the inner front surface of a whitening tray. Less is more!
- Place tray into mouth, press gently to teeth, recline and relax for 20-60 minutes.
- When whitening session is complete, remove tray and swish with water. Clean excess gel from tray and store gel in pouch for next use.
