Las tiras blanqueadoras de dientes están destinadas a personas con una sonrisa y un esmalte sanos. Estas tiras blanqueadoras no blanquean coronas, dentaduras postizas, carillas ni cofias.
USAR:
PASO 1: Utilice hilo dental y cepille los dientes suavemente sin pasta de dientes.
PASO 2: Abra la bolsa de aluminio y retire la tira inferior del revestimiento con la mano limpia y seca.
PASO 3: Aplique el lado adhesivo del gel en la parte frontal de los dientes inferiores, alineando la tira con el borde de las encías. Doble el resto de la tira hacia la parte posterior de los dientes. Repita el proceso con la tira superior.

How To Use PAP+ Teeth Whitening Strips
STEP 1: Floss and brush your teeth gently without toothpaste.
STEP 2: With clean, dry hands, tear open foil pouch and peel lower strip from the liner.
STEP 3: Apply the sticky gel side to the front of your bottom teeth, lining whitening strip up with the edge of your gums. Fold over the remainder of the strip to back side of teeth. Repeat process with upper strip.
STEP 4: After 30 minutes, gently peel off upper and lower strips. Dispose of strips and rinse mouth with water. Repeat process once per day for 14 days.
Do not swallow plastic strips. Do not eat, drink, sleep, or smoke while wearing teeth whitening strips.

I bought these for the price and the fact that they say they don't cause tooth pain. I did not personally experience any pain they are easy to apply. Results were good too. I will continue to buy in the future.
